HP Client Automation Enterprise (HPCAE) V7.20 automates IT processes throughout the PC lifecycle. HP Client Automation software automates processes across the lifecycle, provides visibility into the state of client devices, regardless of physical location, and makes sure that the right software and configurations are maintained. HPCA Enterprise automates the maintenance of all client devices with the appropriate software, security patches, and operating system images. Through a GUI interface the HPCAE administrator is able to create policies for users and groups. HPCA Enterprise automatically updates the client devices to be in compliance with the policy, by adding or removing software, changing the operating system image, or adding or deleting content. HPCA Enterprise manages all aspects of end user devices from OS and application patches to installing or removing software in order to keep the devices compliant with the policy.
