The E520 Datafort intercepts traffic between a NAS client
machine (NFS, CIFS) and file server. When a Network Attached Storage
(NAS) client wishes to
read or write the DataFort intercepts and enforces an internal
allowed information flow list and then either encrypts (for
writes) or decrypts (for reads) to/from a specific share (CIFS)
or mountpoint (NFS). The TOE also supports WebDAV access via
https, FTP and TFTP access (for example, for diskless boots.)
Supported authentication protocols in CC scope are: NTLM v1, v2,
(CIFS), unix logon (NFS), SSL (both), and IP address (both).
