The individual must have five years of progressive experience in managing information security related tasks and projects and must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or a Bachelor's or Masters' degree in Engineering Management or related field. |

| Expert Security Engineer |
The CygnaCom Expert Security Engineer must have ten years of progressive experience in the field of information technology. The individual must have a B.S. in Computer Science or related field, must be recognized in some aspect of information security, must have written at least two technical reports in the area of information security, and must have at least five years of experience in providing technical leadership to information security projects. The CygnaCom Expert Security Engineer will develop information security standards, architecture and concepts, and will perform analysis of complex security issues. |

| Senior Security Engineer |
The CygnaCom Senior Security Engineer must have five years of progressive experience in the field of information technology. The individual must have a B.S. in Computer Science or related field and must have at least two years of experience in providing technical leadership to information security projects. The CygnaCom Senior Security Engineer will develop information security architectures and will lead in-depth security analysis and testing activities. |

| Security Engineer |
The CygnaCom Security Engineer must have one year of experience in the field of information technology. The individual must have a Bachelors' degree in Computer Science or related field. A Masters in Computer Science or related field could be substituted for one year of experience. The CygnaCom Security Engineer will support the CygnaCom Senior Security Engineer in architecture development, and security analysis and testing. |
